We met the gorgeous Helena Cavell near Hammersmith and loved her navy and white outfit. With Breton striped top, tailored trousers and white sliders, we thought it was a perfect laid back, easy outfit for work in the summer.

How long did it take you to get ready this morning? Half an hour.
Where do you get your style inspiration from? Blogs. On Instagram, I particularly like @rosielondoner and @emilyschuman of Cupcakes and Cashmere.
What piece in your wardrobe do you wear the most? My black leather backpack and my leather jacket.
What would be your top style tip? Make sure you choose clothes that suit your style and figure. For instance something like jeggings aren’t for everyone.
